WHO WE ARE
Topp Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Todd Topp of St Henry, Ohio. Todd has over three decades of woodworking and home building experience under his belt, including the very home where he currently resides. With his experience and knowledge in the home building process, Todd has the ability to provide a very detailed and thorough home inspection.
WHAT WE DO
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. In other words, it is an inspection of every nook and cranny of the house, including the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation, basement and structural components. This is where Todd’s experience in home building becomes very valuable!

WHAT WE DON’T DO
To clear up questions that sometimes arise when talking about home inspections, here are a few additional notes.
- We do not ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ a home during an inspection. It is strictly a detailed report on the physical condition of a home and a list of items require attention.
- A home inspection is not an appraisal and will not determine the home’s market value.
- It is also not a municipal inspection and does not verify local code compliance.
