WHAT A TYPICAL WHOLE HOUSE HOME INSPECTIONS COVERS

  • An average inspection takes 2-3 hours onsite. We welcome you to accompany us during the inspection (with the exception of the attic and the crawlspace; for safety reasons). This allows us to walk through the home with you, pointing out findings and explaining elements of the report. We assure the inspection of and report on over 400 items from the foundation to the roof.
  • We will point out major and minor deficiencies to give you a complete picture of your new home’s condition.
  • We identify any potential safety hazards present
  • We will show you how various systems work
  • You will have the benefit of being completely confident in knowing the true condition of the home you are buying. When you work with us you will have the “peace of mind” that comes from getting problems identified and taken care of before the purchase is made.
  • We stand behind our work, and our job is not done until you are 100% satisfied.

  • At Topp Home Inspection, our goal is client satisfaction.
  • You can expect a thorough inspection. You will be provided an easy to follow electronic inspection report within 24-48 hours of your home inspection.
  • We encourage you, the client, to follow along with us as we take a systematic approach to inspecting the home. We will strive to educate our clients as we go through the inspection process.
  • We want to know your concerns prior to conducting your inspection. Most likely, clients have been through the home once, if not several times prior to scheduling the inspection. You may have noticed specific issues that need evaluated. We will spend extra time and focus in on your concerns.
  • Buying a home is the biggest purchase you will make. We want to be a part of your home buying experience. With knowledge, integrity, professionalism and attention to detail, Topp Home Inspection will provide you with the ability to make an informed decision.
